Cancellations
Clients may cancel their booking online up to 48 hours before the scheduled session without penalty.
Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule their session up to 48 hours before the start time, subject to availability.
Late bookings
Bookings must be made at least 2 hours before the start time. Sessions cannot be reserved closer than that, to allow proper preparation.
Early bookings
There is currently no limit on how far in advance you can book your session.
No-shows
No-shows or late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee, if applicable.
Waitlist
If a session is fully booked, you may ask to join the waitlist and will be notified automatically if a spot becomes available.
