We deliver your images digitally for quick and easy access. You can choose to receive your photos via a Dropbox link or through Google Drive, whichever platform is more convenient for you. Additionally, if you are in a country where these services are not supported, we have the option to send all the pictures divided into multiple emails, as each email can have a maximum size of 25MB.

Typically, the final edited photographs are delivered within 7-10 business days after the session. However, the duration may vary based on the package selected and the number of photos. In cases where no post-processing, such as color correction or lighting adjustments, is required, photos can sometimes be available on the same day of the session in JPG format.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. You are able to cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance. In exceptional situations such as illness, a family bereavement, or adverse weather conditions, it may be possible to reschedule even after this period, depending on the complexity of the situation. While refunds are not available, in the event of a cancellation, we offer the option to exchange your session for a gift card or you can reschedule your session when you are next time in Serbia.

No, we never provide RAW images. Photos are only available in JPG or PNG format.

Many tourists have chosen to propose to their loved ones in front of our cameras on the streets of Belgrade. Additionally, if you are coming from abroad, we offer tailored sessions with fully organized arrivals. This could range from a rented limousine waiting for you at the airport, to accommodation arrangements, planned routes, and even trips to other parts of the country or nearby coastal countries if you desire photos by the sea. Our package also includes a video recording service with a professional videographer, providing edited content and capturing your entire journey.

The listed price of $89 is per person. There is no set maximum for the number of participants; however, if you have a large group interested in a photography session, please contact me directly to discuss arrangements and potential group rates.
